Claims & POD Automation is a cloud-based solution part of the High Radius Receivables OnDemand suite that speeds up deduction research and resolution by completely automating the process of finding and retrieving customer claims and backup documentation.

  • Auto-attachment matches backup documentation to the relevant deductions case.

HighRadius collects documents from customer and carrier portals, emails and through data transfer mediums like EDI and SFTP. All the documents are aggregated and pulled into a single system.

The solution is driven by a robust backup aggregation engine that identifies and captures the documentation needed for managing deductions. The solution collects, index and manages claims from customer websites, emails, paper submissions, or EDI. It also automatically traverses through carrier websites to retrieve other backup documentation like PODs and BOLs. The captured documents are stored on the cloud in a searchable document repository, making them easy to manage, retrieve and integrate into deductions management workflows. The documents are automatically matched and collated, making all information required to research and resolve a dispute available in one place. The result is the near-complete elimination of manual work involved in identifying, downloading, and attaching backup documentation.
